This bag was designed for the practice of the uppercut one of the most neglected, yet damaging punches in boxing. It is also a great bag for hooks.

Foam lined inner keeps bag cylindrical and prevents sagging, drooping or lose of shape.

Approximately 55lb in weight and fitted with heavy duty nylon straps for hanging.
