The MB5 Massage Ball's 5'' diameter was specifically designed to address the deeper tissue in the large muscle groups that become tight due to repetitive movement. With a superior design and build quality it will not breakdown after repeated use.
Moulded from EVA foam, which contain memory characteristic properties meaning it will regain its original shape after being compressed, it uses a slip resistant surface to 'grip' the trouble area more effectively.
Recommended for lower body - foot, calf, tibialis anterior, hip/glutes, psoas. Upper body - Chest, pecs, lats, side torso, neck and arms.
